Baby food chicken is very easy to make at home. Homemade baby food with chicken is a good source of protein. In this video, we will share baby food recipes with chicken. To introduce baby food chicken for the first time to the baby we can prepare as baby food chicken puree. Chicken also contains vitamins C, A, B12, Calcium, and Potassium. Vitamin B12 is important for baby's brain development. Choose organic chicken without added antibiotics or hormones if possible We share easy and healthy baby food with chicken recipes Recipe 1 | Chicken Soup Ingredients : 50 g Chicken (diced) 1/3 cup of diced Potato 1/4 cup of chopped Carrot 1 tablespoon of chopped leek 3/4 cup of Water How to : Add 3/4 cup of Water Turn on the heat & wait for boiling Place Chicken, Potato, & Carrot in a saucepan Cover and cook for 15 minutes Add 1 tablespoon of chopped leek Cook for another 1 (one) minute Add some of the cooking liquid Then mash them with potato masher/ spoon Add 1/2 teaspoon olive oil Recipe 2 | Chicken Puree with sweet potato and peas Ingredients : 50 g Chicken (diced) 1/3 cup of cubed Sweet Potato 1/4 cup Peas How to : Place Chicken in a Steamer Cover and cook for 5 minutes Then place Sweet Potato and Peas Cover and cook for another 10 minutes Cook until Sweet Potato fork tender Transfer them to a bowl Add some of the cooking liquid Then mash them with a blender or a potato masher Add 1/2 teaspoon olive oil Hope you will find these recipes helpful.
