Adobo is a delicious dish from the Philippines. It is most often a braise featuring vinegar, soy sauce, garlic, bay leaves, and black peppercorns. In the PH, every region, every province and every household has their own version of the said dish. The most famous ones are chicken adobo, pork adobo and string bean adobo. Today, I mixed pork adobo and string bean adobo and added fermented chillies and vinegar. This is my own version and I'm happy to serve it to my family for dinner. We also cooked and ate salbaro, a deep fried dried grated cassava with 'latik'. We ate, laughed, and enjoyed the dinner. Keep smiling. Thank you for watching!
