AFTER THE END (1974)

Anyone got time to see a movie I made 50 years ago? This little movie of mine is 4 and a half minutes long and I know how you scroll demons are... 4 and ½ minutes is a long time spent looking at one thing, but this is a movie about a person watching a 16mm film that didn’t hang around to see if there was anything else to view on the film after the “End” title came on. Admittedly, most modern audiences don’t see the countdown numbers printed on the start of the film or other information both at the beginning or the end of it. You might remember when you were in grade school and the teacher rolled in the cart with the projector on top to play the class an instructional movie, you probably saw some of film start and end leaders that had all sort of information printed on it flashing by quickly when projected. This is what my little movie is about- an insane number of odd things printed on the end of the film that might have been worth seeing but was missed by the person who didn’t stay until the last bit of film made its way through the film gate to the take-up reel. Welp, that’s the storyline I’m trying to sell here. If you’re willing to buy it, you might like it!
