My lips are much much much better I totally recommend using the product I got: https://amzn.to/3J04OiM BUT I will say this, they aren't completely healed, just a lot better. So it could be a combination of time healing things and perhaps my attempt at being better at staying hydrated. But I can't deny that the day before I started using this stuff I was at a point where I couldn't even move my lips and even my cheeks were starting to dry out. Then just a few hours after the very first application, my lips were about 40% better... no lie. So if you are experiencing dry lips to the point were they hurt and burn I would try some of this stuff. 2. Chapped heels? Let me tell you about my Friday's. So recently I cut out sugar from my diet which was definitely a big time necessity for me but I know cutting anything out completely can also be terrible for you too. So from Friday-Sunday is my "cheat day" (more like cheat weekend).
