Warner Bros and Paramount Could Potentially Merge

It was confirmed on December 20, 2023 that Warner Bros and Paramount have been discussing a possible merger and if this ends up being a confirmed deal, it would mean this would be the third merger TimeWarner has been through within LESS than a decade. In this video, I also discuss the possible outcomes and ramifications if this merger were to happen, and definitely for the worst. Short disclaimer, the two companies are still discussing the merger and nothing has been approved yet, so this may end up not even happening. Especially since both Warner Bros Discovery and Paramount are in massive debt. Other media companies interested in buying Paramount include Redbird Capital and Skydance Media, which I forgot to mention in the video.
