Tilton 2-Plate Cerametallic Racing Clutch for my S40 race car

I finished installing the gearbox by fitting the axle seals on the clutch shaft and drive shafts. I ran into some issues with the clutch slave cylinder because I'm using the one from an M66 gearbox, even though the gearbox itself is an M56. The clutch is a dual-plate Tilton, and the flywheel is a 4.4 kg billet flywheel from KL Racing. I also installed the rear crankshaft seal and mounted the flywheel and clutch to the engine. I then joined the gearbox and engine together and finally lifted the assembly into the engine bay, only to realize that it doesn't fit.
