Toss banana, mixed berries, apple juice, coconut yogurt, and frozen acai puree into blender. Blend until smooth and creamy. 2. Scoop into bowls and top with your favourite ingredients. I used fresh strawberries and banana, granola and coconut flakes to sprinkle, and a spoonful of peanut butter.
