Hello guys, Today i have completed my 280 mm tire conversion on 180mm swing arm. So what you guys need to done this conversion is- 1. Get one 8.5 inch wide rim 2. Seconds thing you may replace the axle to 25 mm or you can just replace the wheel bearing with one inch (25.4mm) id, 52mm outer diameter and 15mm wide. So I replaced the bearing to keep the original 1 inch axles and also I didn’t want any kind of play in brake calliper and spacers because all these things has 1 inch id. 3. Replaced the pulley with 1 inch wide pulley and you can use same bearing from your original pulley. 4. Replace the belt with 1 inch wide belt. Conversion is done Thank you.
