If you have been watching my demos for a while then you probably already know how I feel about this pedal. I got it at a Touche Amore show and it sat on top of Clayton’s amp for the set… I really feel the mojo in this pedal (if that’s a thing). It has been stuck on my band board ever since, getting ripped on and off all the time for demos and recording projects. I truly love that every one of my guitars gets along amazingly with the Limelight V2. In my opinion, it dances the line between transparent and coloring your tone in the best way possible. I tried to set this up as I use this most often in a band context. My clean or edge of breakup tones are going to always be the Limelight V2 boost circuit running into the ONEDER Effects Old Blue set as clean as I can get it. Depending on how I run this it can be crystal clean or a fantastic edge of breakup (tried to include a bit of both here). Add in the OD circuit from the Limelight for those heavier sections and we have ourselves some very nice guitar dynamics.
