What "The Dress" Teaches Us About Lying, FASD, and Perception

Many people with FASD (and many other developmental conditions) struggle with perception, which means they leave situations with different understandings of what took place. When asked about what happened, this difference in perception is often interpreted as lying. But it's not! In this video, we try and understand the concept of perception, get a sample of what it may be like to experience perception distortions, and begin to see how difficult it would be to correct someone's misperception by confronting them for lying.
