We visited Samborondon, a popular suburb in Guayaquil Ecuador. We walked around the beautiful city center Plaza Lagos and ate sushi at Mikka restaurant. Clare also picked up her US passport renewal from the DHL office in Guayaquil. We had a blast exploring Samborondon! Details mentioned in the video on how to renew your passport can be found here: 1. Go to https://ec.usembassy.gov/u-s-citizen-... 2. Print off the correct form and complete. 3. Once completed take all required documentation and cashier’s check to authorized DHL courier. Pay required fees. DHL sends passport to U.S. Embassy in Quito. 4. You will receive an email that your passport arrived at the U.S. Embassy in Quito. From there you can pick up your passport in Quito or have it forwarded to the DHL office in Guayaquil. 5. DHL will send you a text message confirming when your passport will be ready for pick up. There are authorized DHL facilities to pick up passport. You will need to show your tracking number at pick up. 6. The entire process takes between 25 to 30 business days.
