Connect Illinois Round 4 (BEAD) Sub-Grantee Series WEDNESDAYS (Aug 28) | 12 PM CT The BEAD-backed Connect Illinois Round 4 will award $1 billion in grants to connect all unserved and underserved Illinois households to broadband.
