Dam Building Rodents Gone Wild: Beaver in the Adirondacks

Beaver are a keystone species in the Adirondacks, storing water, slowing stream flows and occasionally coming into conflict with the other species that likes to control the natural environment, homo sapiens, humans. This is the first of two videos where I will model the number of beaver present and look more closely at the role they play, especially in terms of reducing the risk of large scale wildfires.
