Hi all Today we are showing you a different but delicious recipe - vegetable korma. Cooked with a cashew paste and coconut cream this mild curry is a north Indian restaurant staple that you can easily replicate at home! Ingredients 1 small onion, diced fine 3 small carrots, cut roughly 2 potatoes, cubed small 1/2 head cauliflower 1 cup green beans, cut rough 1/2 cup peas 16 cashew nuts - 10 for cashew nut paste, 6 to roast and garnish 1 tbs ghee 1/4 cup oil 1 tsp ground ginger curry leaves 2 green chillies, adjust to taste 1/2 tsp whole jeera 1 tsp pure chillie powder 1/2 tsp dhania powder 1/2 tsp hurdee 1 cup coconut cream Serve with naan or roti. Or have it by itself!
