3 great warm up combos, each with slight progression for an added challenge. Start at Level 1, repeat combo for 30 secs on, 20 sec rest, 5 rounds. When ready to kick it up a notch, move to the next level & repeat. . Level 1: JOG STEP x 4, ALT CROSSES x 2 (switching lead hand on each), DOUBLE UNDER x 2. NOTE: Each round, try starting the crosses with the opposite hand on top from the last round . Level 2: JOG STEP x 4, SWITCH CROSS (switching lead hand each round), DOUBLE UNDER x 2 . Level 3: BACKWARDS JOG STEP x 4, BACKWARD ALT CROSSES x 2 (switching lead hand on each), BACKWARDS DOUBLE UNDER x 2.
