This is a cycle ride video of the off road route between Stratford-upon-Avon Parkway railway station and Henley Street in the town centre, where the Shakespeare Birthplace Trust is based. Its not the most direct rail/cycle route to Henley Street (that would be the one of the routes to the town station which is much closer than Parkway) but does show how you can get from Parkway to the Birmingham Road cycle path via one of the "new" housing estates. One oddity is the Toucan crossing on Arden Street. I'd not noticed until riding this route that the Birmingham Road off road cycle path stops before the Toucan crossing and cyclists are instructed to dismount and walk to the crossing. Only a few metres, but seems odd to have a Toucan crossing where you can't (technically) cycle to - you're pushing your bike as a pedestrian to get to the crossing.
