How to replace the OEM manifolds on a Ferrari F430 with aftermarket headers. As most F430 owners know, the stock manifolds are prone to failure and can cause significant engine damage if they fail. The best solution is to replace the OEM manifolds with aftermarket headers. This can be done with using only hand tools and a lot of patience... And beer. You will also need all sorts of 12mm sockets, wrenches, crows foot, shorty wrenches, etc... Gather just about every thing you can. Plan on a full weekend to accomplish this project. But the end results are amazing! The headers make a substantial improvement for the sound of the car, and increase the horsepower and torque by notable amounts.
