Hello, everybody. This is Jeff at etrailer.com. Today I'm gonna take a look at the Dexter Red E-Z Flex Equalizers for 8,000 pound axle on a tandem axle trailer with double eye leaf springs. This is for a quantity of two equalizers. Now, this E-Z Flex Suspension Kit will upgrade your equalizers for a lot smoother ride. This system provides an nice, dramatic reduction in acceleration forces on the trailer frame versus a standard equalizer. You can see it has the dual link design. Here's a link here, and here's a link right here that the shackles attach to. This will continuously pivot and compressed to isolate and absorb damaging road shocks before they get to the trailer frame. If you notice, each link has a grease zerk fitting attached to it. It allows you to lubricate the pivot bolt right up here easily every 3000 miles. It is a cushion equalizer. It does replace the cast equalizers that comes standard on your trailer. The cushion is the rubber core right here. This will minimize the chucking, which is the back and forth movement, and it also helps to absorb any road shock. You can see the equalizer itself is a nice, durable red powder coat finished to resist corrosion. It's a strong steel construction to ensure durability. And it does include everything shown here on the table. Comes with the two equalizers, comes with the two mounting bolts and locknuts, and even two packets of Anti-Seize grease packets to apply to the bolts when you install them. Application, as we mentioned, is tandem axle trailers with double eye leaf springs. Axle capacity they fit is 8,000 pound axles with 35 inch axle spacing. Now, the bolt hole diameter right here where the shackles go in the hangar bolt, that is nine sixteenths of an inch. The distance between the shackle bolt holes from center to center right here, if we put a ruler on it, you can see is right at seven and three quarter inches. And then, the distance between the shackle bolt hole to the hangar bolt hole, if we put a ruler on that center to center, is right at about three inches.
