Elle évoque le conflit nord-irlandais et contient des références à l'insurrection de Pâques 1916. Elle a été écrite durant la tournée anglaise Cranberries English Tour en 1993, en mémoire de deux garçons, Jonathan Ball et Tim Parry, qui ont été tués par l'Armée républicaine irlandaise provisoire dans un centre commercial, lors des attentats de Warrington, le 20 mars 1993.
