In this video, I share the potential earnings of a UK agency nurse vs a full time band5 NHS nurse salary. If you are not familiar with agenda for change, make sure you watch the video to the end as i explain how nurses who work for the NHS are paid.The agenda for change pay system covers all staff except doctors, dentists and very senior managers. Each of the nine pay bands has a number of pay points. Staff will normally progress to the next pay point annually until they reach the top of the pay band.
