Costco Pork Loin / Costco 2024 / Costco Meat / Pork Loin Recipe / ASMR Cooking I hope you enjoy this Costco Pork Loin Video and thanks for watching 🙏❤️ You are invited to LIKE, SUBSCRIBE & HIT 🔔 for new upcoming videos. 3.8lbs pork loin Pat dry with paper towels 2 tsp sea salt Dry rub: 1 tsp ground black pepper 1 tbsp brown sugar 1 tsp sweet paprika 1 tsp smoked paprika 1 tsp ground cumin 1 tsp dry oregano ( Mexican oregano) Refrigerate for 24 hours Use cotton cooking twine to tie the roast. Let roast sit out at room temperature for 1 hour, this produces evenly cooked meat and reduces the cooking time. Cook in preheated 275F oven until the internal meat temperature reaches 148F. Remove the roast from the oven and increase the heat to 475F. When the oven temperature reaches 475F return the roast to the oven and sear the roast until golden brown crust is formed. This takes about 5-7 minutes. Let roast rest after searing for 30 minutes before slicing.
