For those seeking a solution to a 35" tire fitment problem on a Chevrolet Colorado ZR2, AEV has developed the Highmark Fender Flares. The Highmark Fender Flares are designed to be installed on a ZR2 or ZR2 bison to allow for a 35" tire at stock suspension height with the proper wheel with a 24mm offset. Each ZR2 application will have a different kit to accommodate the differences in the front fascia / bumpers. This is an advanced installation which will require up to 16 hours to complete for both front and rear involving cutting sheet metal and plastics, using panel bonder adhesives and some patience.
