Come behind the scenes of @bistromorgan and whip up a delicious Cheesecake Brownie! #Nikon #NikonZ30 #Vlog #BeInspiredInspireOthers #Cooking #Ad - Cheesecake Brownie Recipe 4 large eggs, room temperature 240 grams butter, melted ¾ cup (75 grams) cocoa powder, sifted 2 cups (440 grams) caster sugar 1 cup (150 grams) plain flour, sifted 100 grams dark choc chips (50–60% cocoa solids) For the cheesecake layer: 200 grams cream cheese 60 grams caster sugar 1 egg Preheat the oven to 180℃ (fan forced) and line a baking tray with baking paper. In a large mixing bowl, add the eggs, butter, cocoa powder, caster sugar and flour and mix with a wooden spoon until everything is just combined. Add the chocolate chips and give it another stir. Make sure you don’t over-mix the batter, because this will cause tough, dry brownies – and we want the opposite! In a blender blend together all the cheesecake layer ingredients until smooth. Pour the brownie mixture into your baking tray, using your spoon to spread it evenly and press down into the corners to ensure the whole tray is covered, top with the cheesecake layer and create a marble effect using a toothpick then bake for 25–30 minutes or until the middle is just wobbly. Remove from the oven and allow to cool, cut into bars, and serve.
