Flight of Memories - [Original Composition for viola and piano]

Hello everyone😊! It's been a while since I last posted, haha. So, here's a piece on the viola accompanied by the piano. They are only virtual instruments, but I recently recorded it with my actual viola, and the music will be released in the hours/days following the publication of this video. I created this music for nostalgic purposes, and I used excerpts from Ghibli films to intensify this emotion because they are animations that left a strong impression on me when I first saw them. Honestly, I'm a little disappointed with this piece because it took me a lot of time to realize it, and I think the result is rather mediocre. Fortunately, I learned a lot from it in terms of composition and discovering what I like and don't like to do in music. More pieces will be coming soon because I have already composed several, which I find much better than this one. (Short story: I made two videos on this music...the first one, on which I spent the most time, couldn't be published because it contained excerpts from "Kiki's Delivery Service" which were under Ghibli's copyright. Therefore, I made a second video (as a backup) with royalty-free images. I won't hide the fact that I was very sad not to be able to post the first video.)
