In this video we look at my 2004 GMC drivers side blend door actuator. I have cleaned up the original actuator and it worked fine for 6 to 8 months or so. I decided to buy a cheap (eBay) replacement for it and change it out but unfortunately the span of movement from the manufacture did not seem close enough to calibrate. On the heat side it seemed so far out that I thought a look inside would be beneficial. I have the old and new side by side on the bench for comparison. We also go through the recalibration process toward the end of the video. Video key points....
