This is a deep connection total body class, working from the inside out and strong from top to toe. You'll flow through a warm up which we will repeat throughout this 10 day series so you'll get nice and familiar with it. We will then work on those deep connections with curl ups, bridges, single leg stretches, the hundred, tail lifts and more. We will then take it into a press up section which will work your upper body before going for some slow mountain climbers, leg and glute work. You can level up or level down here. As this is a full body class, you'll also work into the back with a prone section and then kneeling side body work! The full package neatly packed into this 30 minute class. Focus on the small movements and enjoy the stretch and flow at the end.
