Hello. I like game arcades. This is a long clip from Round 1, San Diego, CA, USA visited in August 2024. This place opened in June 2024, and offers a wide variety of arcade games fighting games, lightgun shooting games (notably Time Crisis 5 and The House of the Dead 4), rhythm games, driving games, claw catchers, redemption. Japanese-style video game cabinets offer Street Fighter 6, Samurai Spirits, a selection of retro fighting, shooting, puzzle games. Highly recommended for people who would like to play fighting games in an arcade setting in this part of California. We arrived at a few minutes past 10am (right after opening), and enjoyed playing games without crowd for about 1.5 hours. When we left the mall the arcade is housed (around 12pm), the venue was almost full-house with a lot of families. A "normal" card costs $2, and you can be a VIP member at an annual fee of $5. You can pay on a per-play basis ($2-4 per play depending on games) or could go with "Time Play" ($10 for 60 min for "normal" card holders, and 90 min for VIP members). We would buy "Time Play" next time as most of the games we want to play (fighting and lightgun shooting games) are included.
