I'm learning how to give + record my scientific talks from home. This video is based on a series of invited scientific talks I presented at various scientific conferences from 2019 to 2021 (SGI 2019, Keck Seminar 2020, JHMI 2020, Cold Spring Harbor Asia 2020, Kavli NDI 2020, Brigham and Women's Hospital Network Medicine 2021, Single Cell Biology Keystone 2021, USC Biostatistics 2021, MIT Bioinformatics 2021). In addition to the main scientific talk, an introduction intended for a more general audience has been added. Although I am no longer giving "live" presentations of this talk because newer developments in my lab have since been made, I hope this video will be able to serve as a useful reference for those interested in learning more about spatially resolved transcriptomic imaging technologies and associated computational analyses. To learn more about our work developing computational methods for analyzing spatially resolved transcriptomic imaging data, please visit our lab website https://jef.works/ or follow me on Twitter / jefworks To skip to parts of the talk you may be interested in: Introduction/Background: • Spatial transcriptome profiling by ME...
