I would infinitely appreciate that!! :D Super Quick and Simple Chocolate Mug Cake – Vegan, Oil-Free, WFPB The date sugar I use: https://www.amazon.com/Date-Gluten-fr... RECIPE: INGREDIENTS: ¼ cup whole wheat flour ¼ cup date sugar 2 tablespoons unsweetened cocoa 1/8 teaspoon baking soda 8 tablespoons unsweetened almond milk (or other non dairy milk) ¼ teaspoon vanilla extract (or the equivalent of vanilla powder) INSTRUCTIONS: 1) Add the wet ingredients to your mug (whole wheat flour, date sugar, unsweetened cocoa, baking soda. Mix well, scraping the bottom edge of mug to ensure it is well-combined. 2) Add the wet ingredients (unsweetened almond milk, vanilla) and mix well. 3) shake mug gently to flatten top of batter, and microwave for 1 minute and 45 seconds. Let cool for a few min, and enjoy! If your cake still has a wet patch of batter at the top, microwave for an extra 10 to 20 seconds at a time until it firms up. *Note: if you prefer to make this in an oven instead of microwave, bake your mug cake at 350 degrees F for about 25 to 32 min. Use the toothpick method to determine when done. *Optional: Mix in walnuts, pecans, or shredded unsweetened coconut to the batter before microwaving, OR add peanut butter or almond butter to the top after microwaving.
