We’ll warm up slowly and sweetly with our breath, meditating throughout this slow vinyasa yoga class. This is a 50-minute class, so a full yoga class you can do at home, with savasana to give you the total yoga experience. Because we’re holding postures for longer, we’ll build some heat. We’ll also move through Warrior 3 as well as an option for crow pose. Since balance poses are included, this qualifies as a power yoga class - but slowed down to really feel into the postures. Because of the pace of this class, it’s a great beginner yoga class, yoga for flexibility and strength, or yoga for a calm mind.
