In this seminal talk, Todd Johnston shares his experiences with catalyzing a different kind of creativity - opening up group-thinking and shared vision - so that we can dream, make and do incredible things. Together. Todd Johnston is a designer of social processes, technologies and experiences to tap collaborative intelligence for sense-making. His design labs allow participants to embrace complexity, accelerate their learning, and foster innovation across organizations and communities. He has led the design of numerous sessions with The World Economic Forum in Davos (and elsewhere), is Head of Design for the Global Innovation Summit in Silicon Valley, and works with several international, multi-stakeholder organizations to create collaborative sessions addressing complex, systemic global challenges. Todd is founding member and former President of The Value Web, an international association of process designers and facilitators engaged in multi-sector/multi-stakeholder collaboration, and serves as Director of Process Design & Facilitation at Tomorrow Makers.
