No Kayak Needed? Rainbow Trout Fishing at Buntzen Lake | EP36

This week, we head to Buntzen Lake in Anmore, BC to fish for Rainbow Trout! We caught our limits with some pretty decent sized rainbow trout! Buntzen Lake is a great scenic lake for trout fishing, although it is quite large and the trout were swimming out further from shore. It's easy to access, tons of fun, but seemed pretty limited with space to fish; we only noticed 2 spots fishable near the viewpoint. Looks like it would be a great place to fish off a kayak or paddle board! They just stocked Buntzen Lake with 2000 Rainbow Trout on March 21, and will continue stocking throughout the spring and summer! Best of luck when heading out!
