KHIII/FF Versus XIII Secrets of the Night - Somnus edit v2

I said I didn't want to get stuck on this but i guess i lied. all the notes from the original video apply, except this time I did the perhaps smarter thing and went from the opening chord of Somnus, rather than using the Secrets of the Night version, to hopefully make the transition a bit less jarring. When I was doing my first edit I was under the impression that cutting straight into Somnus from the very start would have felt more dissonant, in fact, I tried it, and I found the initial attack was much softer, and the playing was much quieter, and for me, as someone who knows the KHIII track, that broke the flow more than the weird change of pianos, but all things considered those are pretty minor issues, and (at least one of them is) relatively easy to fix; that being the issue of volume, all i had to do was increase the amplitude for the first couple of chords and fade that section out into the rest of the track, i guess it's a subtle thing and most people rightfully wouldn't particularly care about the levels dropping sharply but it bugged me so hopefully i made matters better and not worse. Unfortunately I couldn't really do anything about the pacing difference, the similar section from Secrets of the Night is much longer and more contemplative, and while i feel like taking that out makes the track feel a little raced for a moment, I can reconcile with it for the admittedly smoother transition.
