I think the Titan Fitness Hex Trap Bar is the best Trap bar for most people. This version is a rackable trap bar and weighs 60lbs. This hex trap bar can hold 810lbs, for a total of 870lbs including the bars weight. It has the raised handles option with knurling and 22” space between the trap bar handles. This Hex Trap Bar by Titan Fitness is comparable to the Rogue TB-2 Trap bar. The Rogue Fitness trap bar is very nice also, but not rackable and more spendy. If you can’t lift more then 545lbs Titan Fitness also has a smaller Hex Weight Bar that is half the price, but not rackable.
