In this video I discuss some of the deeper reflections & intuitive reasoning skills needed when some unexpected/inevitable loss/failure/downturn unfolds in our personal/business/work lives. The intent of this video is to help people reflect more on the ancillary & direct purposes related to the phases of their business loss, personal failures, down turns in business, challenging life circumstances, etc.; that most of us go through in our personal/work/business lives- as part of our normal life journey on 🌎. In order that after understanding/realising the deeper/wider reasons for our loss/failures/ downturns/challenges; we can then use that experiential learning & skills gained from those challenges to rebuild, restructure, redirect, change or shift our life/work/business practices to a more personally, socially & collectively healthy/balanced/better health/earth aligned ways of living. I have tried to demonstrate some of the different levels of analysis, reflection or understanding one has to develop in their personal or professional lives related to the the different topics I address here in this video. The examples for learning & understanding these skills of reflection/deeper analysis are provided via some real, hypothetical or personal life examples related to my or someone else's personal business ethics, business operations management strategies, life skills or personality traits of people, etc. Edit & Additional Information; 1) I worked 78-80 hrs shifts in 2 weeks. 2) People don't realise this- but the deeper/wider/broader ways in which any one of us practices personal health, self care & caretaking of people in our individual lives is also the similar way in which they practice better work life practices, business health practices, caretaking practices necessary to make a business/work place healthy & supportive for all involved with the work. The ancillary thing to all personal ethics, self care, supportive/loving practices towards self or others; is that a balanced life emerges only when equally balanced partnership or life journey experiences unfolds with the people we know in our daily life. Likewise when only one person or very less people are engaging in ethical, balanced, real life health aligned, supportive and thoughtful practices in their work or business life; then unless those people are at the top tier of business leadership, most such businesses are more prone to chronic failure, inadvertent losses without understanding where/why the losses are happening. Such people also hold less ability to shift the business/work operations according to scale of the disasters/ losses/changes unfolding, or can be completely incapable of changing with the current needs of the times when acute failure/long term losses have to be born by a company, work place group or an entire city, country, etc. Most people also don't realise that the world being interconnected deeply in our business, economics & dependency functions with other people from different countries & continents; mass scale failures often arises when multiple people are engaging in unhealthy practices for long term/ personal/collective/professional/any element of work related health. This is the reason why past economic downturns to wars to pandemics to epidemics have unfolded on 🌎; & the only way to stop mass scale problems from collapsing world economies or destroying lives is by working on first understanding the deeper implications when relatively small scale downturns/losses are occuring or when smaller strifes or virulent cases of health problems are emerging. Those who able to recognise patterns of where the small level/relatively less harmful loss/downturn/health harm can be checked/redirected, & are given the power/influence to make such changes in the right levels appropriate for them to execute the changes; are those who can eventually lead to less devastating consequences in the future of a downturn/disaster/loss phase. Those who are more prone to deny problems, not recognise a problem area, not able to work with managing & resolving a failure in the right scale or appropriate manner, etc. are given more of the reins of any profession, work group, family life, country's/city's governance, global mass scale change related responsibility; then they are more prone to take 🪜towards larger scale failures/crashes eventually in their responsibilities; because- 1) without accepting a problem, identifying of the root causes of the problem can't be done; 2) if a problem was recognised, but the right analysis of all areas related to the problem resolution aren't addressed, including the places we are responsible for creating/sustaining it, then right meaningful changes can't be brought into place; 3) without holding the capacity to analyse all aspects of a challenge, & work in a balanced way with the pros & cons of a small to large scale problem; a balanced, healthy, & less toxic/lesser suffering led changes can't be initiated.
