At a time when Australia is moving back into drought, it is anticipated this track will bring much needed hope to listeners. Its direct message is beautifully communicated through Australian imagery, reminding us of Curtain’s unquestionable authenticity. Written by Garth Porter and Tom Curtain. Tom teamed up renown Australian Country Music Producer, songwriter and long-time friend Garth Porter to write this song. Tom had the idea to film the video on a remote cattle station out near Maree in South Australia after touring through the region. He asked good mates and property owners Adam and Kate Litchfield, if he could film the clip and also long time mate, Harry Vick, to see if he could film it all out there. He envisaged to have the family filmed under the rain and was endeavouring to fly Adam and Kate and their kids, Sydney and Olivia, up to katherine to finish off the filming. Due to cattle mustering commitments it wasn't possible, so Tom asked another family that came through Katherine, who looked like a stunt double to fill the role. They obliged and the remainder of the clip was filmed in Katherine, with Tim and Danielle, daughter Mikaela and Tom's nephew Jack Curtain. A massive thanks to Harry Vick for all his travel and work filming out there on the property and up in Katherine Robyn Martin for all your amazing vocals on the track but also to work with up in Katherine.
