Then add Greek yogurt and kneed everything until you have a dough ball. Place the dough into the bowl and set it aside. Add oil to a bowl, grate the garlic, and add to the bowl, chop up parsley and add it in as well. Mix and set aside. Cut deli meat into very fine pieces and prepare cheese. Measure out the dough ball and cut it into 4 equal pieces. Lay out parchment paper, spray some oil on top, and spread it out with your hands. Now add the dough on top and press them into a flat rectangle shape. Add cheese and meat on one half of every flat dough, then flip the other side on top of the side of meat and cheese, and then press down the edges. It should look like a mini calzone. Repeat with all 4 dough servings. Heat up a pan to medium-low heat, add in all 4 calzones, and close the lid. Cook for 2-3 minutes, check the bottom and if there is golden brown color flip all 4 breads and cook again for 2-3 minutes. At the very end add the garlic oil with a brush on top of all 4 breads, flip them, and let them fry for 15 seconds. Then remove from the pan. Done! The best way to store IMO is in a zip-lock bag in the freezer. Microwave for 4-5 minutes and they are ready. -------------- DISCLAIMER: Links included in this description might be affiliate links.
