In today's video I discuss the UK's ZEV mandate, and whether it is fair that we place binding targets on the sale of ZEVs in 2024, or if this is too early for the market to bear. This is a response to a video by Harry Metcalfe and released on the Harry's Garage channel. In that video Harry airs his thoughts on the subject of the ZEV mandate, and proposes some alternative approaches to CO2 emissions reduction. This is the latest in a series of videos sharing my knowledge and experience with electric cars.
