A simple day in Hanoi, find and enjoy delicious street food. Finally, i got my sticky rice fix. This bowl of sticky rice was absolutely loaded with decadent items. Braised pork belly, fried egg, vietnamese sausage, chinese sausage, pate, and finished off with a helping of the flavor packed broth. Now, I love goose. I had it a lot when I was in hong kong. But I have never had goose like this. THis time packed with lemongrass, turmeric, and other spices, thrown on a hot plate and blasted with high heat and lots of oil. What an unreal meal and one of my favorites in hanoi. Now to finish off this heavy day of eating with some banh tom. Fried prawn fritter, made with a sweet potato base for an earthly and subtle sweet touch.
