If you plan on printing images or shapes in Excel then you want to change the workbook's Font Theme BEFORE starting. The default Font Theme causes some shapes to look distorted when they are actually printed (i.e. Circle - Oval). Switching to the CALIBRI-CAMBRIA theme when you FIRST OPEN a new workbook will make the images and shapes appear just like how they look on the screen. You can test other Themes to see if they give an even more accurate representation. You can still manually change the font for any of the cells. Beware that rows and column sizes will automatically shift when you switch the Font Theme.
