Meditation itself is a great tradition. I see everyone now reads a book suddenly starts to do some sort of mindfulness and then start to teach it. Mindfulness has become such a catchy phrase that a lot of people don’t have any idea of the depth of knowledge from where mindfulness as one form of meditation hs come, so I think if you’re serious about meditation, you should study the traditions of meditation. You should not necessarily attach yourself to one or another, but explore the wide range. You might want to take courses, such as ours or other peoples’. You might want to take a little bit of your time to actually ground yourself fin the experience and knowledge. Experience without knowledge sometimes can be confusing, and knowledge without experience is irrelevant, so you need both knowledge and experience.”
