St Pauls Cathedral organ London
the organ was supplied in 1694 by bernard smith, this was 27 stops and three manuals and placed on a screen in the quire. in the 1870's father Willis transformed the organ into a new instrument the original wren case was divided in two and placed either side of the quire. further alterations were made by Father Willis and then NP Mander in the 1970's and 2000's. a second mobile console has been provided and has 137 drawstops and 140 controls and has five manuals now.
