Here’s how you can make this delicious Date Walnut Cake - Blender Cake at home ☺️ Ingredients : Flour - 1 1/2 Cup Brown Sugar - 1/3rd Cup Dates - 3/4th Cup (de-seeded) Baking Soda - 1/4th Cup Water - 1/2 Cup Milk - 1/4th Cup Baking Powder - 2 Tsps Baking Soda - 1/4th Tsp Salt - 1/4th Tsp Cinnamon Pwd - 1/4th Tsp Curd - 6 Tbsps Oil - 6 Tbsps Milk - 5-6 Tbsps (Add more if needed) Vanilla Essence - 1/4th Tsp Walnuts - 1/2 Cup Chocolate Chip - 1/4th Cup Process : To a saucepan, add in the seedless dates along with some milk, water & baking soda - allow it to come to a boil & cook the dates until soft & mushy Let the dates cool down slightly - transfer it to a blender jar along with the curd, oil, milk, vanilla essence, baking powder, baking soda, flour, cinnamon powder & salt - blend until a smooth, homogeneous batter is achieved (Do not Over-mix) Transfer the batter to a greased & lined 7 inch cake tin & top it up with chopped walnuts & chocolate chips Bake in a pre-heated 180C oven for 35-40 minutes/ until a skewer inserted comes out clean Allow the cake to cool down slightly, Slice & Enjoy 🎂✨ Happy Baking ❤️
