According to the Times of India, the suspect, Fayaz, was caught within 90 minutes after escaping . Reports say that Fayaz, a Savadatti, Belagavi, resident, abandoned college after failing an exam six months before. The CCTV footage is shocking and shows Neha conversing with the accused before he attacked her repeatedly.
