Adjusting my Rear shock - suspension setup. Rebound, fast and slow speed compression damping adjustment on WP Rear suspension shock. Basically I haven’t been able to get out on the weekends due to lockdown so I thought I’d adjust the suspension and film as I go. It’s an easy setup to adjust especially with the manufacturers specs in the manual, but do keep in mind the sag of the bike and your weight in relation to the spring rate.
