The Africa Investment Conference 2022, held on 20 January 2022, seeks to further the UK’s ambition to position itself as Africa’s investment partner of choice, announced by Prime Minister Boris Johnson in January 2020. The conference will encourage deal origination, facilitate networking opportunities, and raise visibility and UK interest in African projects within an impact and clean growth context. It will explore inclusive, sustainable and resilient investment opportunities and will highlight UK Government support that is available to business.
