North West Residence Hall, Ball State University

North West Residence Hall is the newest building for Ball State University students to live in, officially opening at the beginning of the 2021-2022 Academic Year. As part of the North Residential Neighborhood, North West is able to house around 500 residents. There are five floors, split into two towers, that have fully equipped kitchens and a large lounge area with a TV on each floor. Residents have access to music rooms, a game room, and a fitness area with brand-new equipment. North West is home to the Design and Education Living-Learning Communities. The hall is coed and has semi-private bathrooms (a bathroom shared by a small number of students). Furniture within the hall is loftable, allowing students to truly tailor their living space. The building's location provides students close access to North Dining Hall, the Jo Ann Gora Student Recreation and Wellness Center, three other close-by residence halls, and several academic buildings.
