MERCH - http://motonosity.com/shop Welcome to my Supermoto Build Series! In this series, I will be showing you the entire process of making a dirt bike street legal and converting it to a supermoto. This is being done on my 2015 Honda CRF450R. I'll cover parts needed, requirements, a little bit of installation how-to, but most of all, having fun showing you the choices I make to build a super cool custom supermoto! In this video (Part 14), the build starts coming to a close. In fact, we finish all the "building" that needs to be done! That's right, it's time to ride. Still have to register/title/plate the bike, but it's road worthy now! This episode is all about fixing things. Seriously. Start off by fixing an oil leak. Wasn't really a leak, though; we just forgot to tighten the drain bolt. #fail. Then we install the new skid plate. Then we fix the broken clutch lever by installing a Righteous Stunt Clutch (RSC). Then an issue with the rear brake pedal and brake lines. Then the wheel rub on the fork guards. Then potential chain rub by installing a chain block (yes, still fixing things). Then the mess of wires under the seat (first time soldering!). Then it's off to fixing front brakes and the sticky throttle (needed to sand down the powdercoat). And done!
