Fault ground of Divorce i.e Desertion, a matrimonial offence is discussed alongwith all the essentials to establish the ground. Following is the definition of Desertion : Desertion of one spouse by the other party to a marriage without reasonable cause and without the consent or against the wish of such other spouse and it also includes wilful neglect of the petitioner by the other party to the marriage.
