Третий выпуск нового формата: Обзор старых яхт, в котором я познакомлю вас с ещё одной брошеной девочкой, лодкой C&C 40' 1980 года. Она осиротела несколько лет назад, потеряв своего любящего и умелого в этом парусном деле хозяина. Вдова присматривает за ней как может, но по состоянию здоровья тоже не в силах дать ей полноценную жизнь! Может кому из вас она приглянётся и вы порадуете друг друга взаимностью? Внизу описание имеемого снаряжения и оборудования, Удачи! 1980 C & C 40' TALL RIG YACHT SERIAL NUMBER: ZCH0065M890F OVERALL LENGTH: 39" 7" BREADTH: 12' 8" DRAFT 7' FEET DISPLACEMENT: 17,100 POUNDS SHE HAS A NUMBER OF SAILS SHE COMES WITH (16 SIXTEEN SAILS, I think that is the complete number) ALL SAILS WERE MADE SPECIFICALLY FOR BATTLE HYMN ALL WERE MAINTAINED BY OUR SAILMAKERS BACKGROUND INFORMATION: How we used the boat. We always had same core crew. They all knew the boat well and cared for her as much as we did. Her sails were always properly packed The sails were never abused TWO MAINSAILS: FIRST MAINSAIL AND RACING GENOA 2013 GENOA #1 150% KEVLAR/MYLAR AND DACRON MAINSAIL...Never Used SECOND MAINSAIL When not racing, we flew a different mainsail our "Delivery Main" and used different headsails. IT EXTENDS, WHEN UP, FROM THE DODGER TO ATTACHMENT ON HYDRAULIC BACKSTAY DROPPING DOWN BEHIND HELMSMAN. BOOTCOVERS FOR STANDING RIGGING TURNBUCKLES MATCHES MAINSAIL AND DODGER BILGE PUMPS: MANUAL AND ELECTRIC The main saloon windows have been removed. New windows have been cut and prepared for installation. She has two companionway covers. One wood one clear Lexan for light. The teak wood on the interior of the boat has been completely cleaned, and sanded down. It can go as is or finished. All the preparation has been done for a new finish.. varnish...or oil or your choice. The cabin sole is tradional teak and holly (I think it is called). It has been thoroughly cleaned and sanded and is ready to go as is or be varnished or oiled. (I planned to check that out or renew it) Marine electrician rewired boat for regular electrical plugs throughout the boat for appliances, tools, driers.etc Toilet not electric Sink Storage in head Pumped water in galley and head. We kept the plumping, cooling, heat aboard simple. We wanted to be able to fix the systems ourselves if we were at sea and had to. We were not interested in heavy draws on batteries or any more weight than we needed.aboard as we ocean raced Battle Hymn. Discharge is overboard only. THROUGH HULLS ALL THROUGH HULL ISOLATION VALVES HAVE BEEN REPLACED WITH NEW 1/4 TURN BALL VALVES. Fresh water storage under port and starboard main saloon seats. Two 48 Imperial Gallon tanks Water is pumped manually. ENGINE: not standard..40 HP WESTERBEKE DIESEL Engin has always been professionally maintained FUEL TANKS MOUNTED AND GROUNDED TANK CAPACITY 19 gallons UNDER under cockpit sole (not cabin) She is fitted with a 20 Amp Truecharge inverter. NAVIGATION EQUIPMENT RITCHIE PEDESTAL MAGNETIC COMPASS FURUNO GP 50 GPS RAYTHEON R10X-R11X RADAR RAYTHEON ST WIND, SPEED, DEPTH SAILCOMP DIGITAL COMPASD THE GPS, RADAR, INSTRUMENTS AND SAILCOMP COMPASS ARE ALL LINKED TO COMMUNICATE
